Jacinta Perrin

Senior Clinical Advisor, Policy and Practice

Murrumbidgee Local Health District

Jacinta Perrin is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience working across mental health, homelessness and domestic violence, and alcohol and other drug services. Since beginning her career in 1993, she has held senior clinical and leadership roles in Acute Community Mental Health Services and has worked extensively in disaster recovery contexts as a Senior Disaster Recovery Mental Health Clinician.

Jacinta is currently the Senior Clinical Advisor for Policy and Practice with the Murrumbidgee Local Health District Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Service. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Public Mental Health, Adult and Adolescent Mental Health, and Drug and Alcohol Counselling. Her professional interests include trauma informed recovery, with a particular focus on recovery from childhood trauma, work related psychological burnout, suicide prevention, Nature -Based therapies and other preventative mental health approaches.
