For over 20 years Lacey has worked in a variety of rural clinical and leadership roles in the public health sector. Lacey is an Occupational Therapist who has a Masters in Leadership and is passionate about building capacity of health leaders and investing in initiatives that improve access to care and patient outcomes in rural health settings. Lacey has held a number of operational and executive leadership roles and is currently the Acting General Manager of Orange Health Service.
