Letitia has been a RAMHP Coordinator for nine years, supporting communities across North Western NSW. She is a long‑standing advocate for rural Australia, combining a unique experience in agriculture, business and mental health.

Letitia had an initial career in agriculture, including production, trading and industry development. Additionally, she is an experienced businesswoman and company director across farming, agri-servicing, civil and higher education sectors. However, after seeing the cumulative impacts of rural adversities on individuals, families, and communities, she recognised the need for more effective and proactive mental health approaches. She retrained in Psychotherapy and Counselling fifteen years ago to be part of meaningful solutions.

Letitia blends clinical expertise, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a lifelong rural perspective to champion early intervention, workforce wellbeing, and practical, community‑led approaches to mental health.
