With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Simone has developed a highly adaptable and comprehensive nursing career within NSW Health, commencing in 2003. Beginning her clinical journey as an Enrolled Nurse in 2004, later advancing her qualifications with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2009, Graduate Certificate in Critical Care in 2011, and a Graduate Certificate in Paediatrics in 2018.
Simone has extensive experience across a range of clinical settings and has progressed into leadership roles, including her current position as Nurse Manager of the Child & Family Wellness and ADHD & Behaviour Management Service. In this role, she has fostered meaningful opportunities to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, children, young people, and families across the Local Health District.
She is deeply committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care, with a strong focus on improving access and ensuring equitable healthcare outcomes for all members of the community.
